There is something off with this... and now, after reading this fifth chapter, I finally figured out what it is.
As a writer, I can´t avoid to notice it.
But Silent Chloe... is a Mary Sue.
And that makes it really hard for me to type this down. But I can´t fear any hurt feelings for the sake of objective constructive opinions.

As there is so many traits to her that fits the Mary Sue persona that it´s not funny.
Loved by all? Check.
Amazing skills? Check.
Insane charisma? Check
Overpowered in comparison to canon characters? Check.
Everyone fangirling her in-universe? Check.
No visible flaws? Check
Close relationship to favorite canon characters, (in this case Miria)? Check.
Seemingly perfect? Check...again...
All the attention is circling around her and how great she is? Check.
The list goes on and on...

As a writer, I can only pay notice of these things. But the general...no... universal rule of all story telling and writing, is to avoid these kinds of characters if they are Mary Sues.
As they have a tendency to make a story kind of...well... dull and uninteresting to say the least.
Nobody loves a Sue... except for the creator of it but that´s it.

I can be wrong... I hope by God that I am, but as things look now, then Chloe might end up as one of the most despised characters in the Trilogy for the sole reason of being a Sue. And that would be such a shame considering that the concept art of her is great.
But her Star-Status is not.
Pay in mind that nobody is perfect, not even god itself. Nobody is loved by all, as it´s not realistic and nobody is all powerful without a reason as power comes with a prize, the greater the power, the greater the cost.
And what has been told about her, makes it look that she was handed the power for free... and that can pull the whole story down.

This was only a constructive opinion as somebody has to be the one saying it. Somebody has to speak up. And by doing so, hopefully the writer of this first start of the trilogy can sit down and start looking through the character bio a little closer, perhaps even re-write it to remove some of these Sue elements, to make her a more like-able character for us as the readers.
Don´t get discouraged, don´t despair. I was only giving my honest opinion as you have requested critique on this artwork. but I lack the requirements to deliver one the usual way, so this is what comes instead.
I know that I am probably going to get assaulted for this, you might defend her with charcoal and flaming iron, but think about it and see your creation in the depths of its character.

I am not an enemy.
Only observant.
