This is way better than the ones you previously coloured!!! Five stars all I can say!!!!;)

Though this didn't suggest they travel under the blanket of rain....but I believe that it doesn't  need the rain effect, as we can clearly see the characters in here are not, in any hint, being soaked in wet.
